Shipping & Order Processing

***NOTE: We only ship to your credit card billing address. To ship to a different address, you must use a “PayPal Confirmed” address with PayPal checkout. This request is to reduce consumer fraud.  Your billing address must match what your credit card company or bank has on file. Purchases over $200 must be verified before we can process the order.  If you don't have a verified acct with PayPal, after you complete your $200+ order, our support team will reach out to you via email and/or phone if additional info is needed.  Once verified, we require these orders to be shipped with a signature requirement.  This is for your (and our) protection.***

The team at Carlie's Beauty Supply takes special care in every order sent out. We know the importance of every bundle, lash, etc. that you are waiting on. It's important to us that every order is shipped correctly and on time with tracking information provided to you, the customer, as soon as available. Our shipping process is as follows:

We currently ship within the USA and to Canada.  For Canada orders, please allow an additional 5 days for processing (though it may be shipped sooner).

Our website uses the latest shipping software and double-checks shipping addresses with the USPS to ensure accuracy. A packing slip with your order detail is printed out and used to pack your hair extensions, 3D Mink Lashes, Edge Control....and then a second team member will double-check the packing of the order for accuracy.

Unless specifically indicated on a product page, all orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours.  However, in the event of high order volume, your order will be shipped the following business day.  Items that require longer processing times, the details can be found on that product page. For Canada orders, please allow an additional 5 days for processing (though it may be shipped sooner). We generally ship via USPS First Class, Priority & Express mail. Once the order has been shipped, you will then receive an email with tracking information. Please remember it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the USPS system. However, orders are generally received in 1-3 business days (within the U.S.) once shipped.  We do not take responsibility if the USPS or carrier delays the delivery of your package as that is totally not something that can be controlled by Carlie's Beauty Supply.  Please reach out directly to carrier for lost or delayed packages. If you provide a "wrong" shipping address, that is not the financial responsibility of Carlie's Beauty Supply and a refund will not be issued because we correctly shipped to the "wrong" address that you provided on your order.  Please proof-read your orders before submitting!

RISK OF LOSS - All items purchased from CarliesBeautySupply.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Lost packages must be reported within 14 days from delivery date. If your order is shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so the carrier can investigate the loss (USPS Customer Service: 1-800-275-8777). After a resolution has been reached by USPS, we can begin the lost package claim. It may take 1 to 8 business days to process the Lost Package Claims.

 

If the occasion occurs where an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email and/or a phone call to let you know exactly what the situation is.
